| iWebTool Pagerank Predictor Review |
After using iWebs Pagerank Predictor tool, I can immediately see flaws in it. I own several sites, and after using the tool it predicted a PR5-PR6 for nearly all my sites. This is highly unlikely, because I’ve owned sites for years with similar amounts of backlinks and i’ve only reached a PR5. Most of my sites are new, so I highly doubt I can jump from PR0 to PR6 immediately, unless I have several PR8+ backlinks.
Truthfully, I feel that pagerank is meaningless nowadays. Site pageranks have not been updated for months, and I still see several of my new sites with relatively high rankings (and no PR). I feel that the obsession with pageranks webmasters had in the past is why Google is delaying the pagerank update.
Sometimes, I get very frustrated with myself. One of my biggest personal flaws is my shyness - especially around girls. This problem and plagued me for years, and causes me to be lonely most the time. Even when I drink, I still find myself having trouble talking with girls in certain situations. Plain and simple - I need to change. I need to be more outgoing, more confident, and less shy. I need to change.
One of my newer sites, MySpace Icons, is doing very well! I’m quite pleased with it, so I’m going to expand with the idea by launching a few other MySpace Icons and Icon related sites. 1UO Blog Graphics is finally completed, and open to public! 1UO contains over 5000 images for free use on various blog sites including MySpace, Xanga and Friendster. A new Xanga Layouts site is now completed, providing many free Xanga layouts. Currently, development of MySpace Pictures is underway - and should be completed after I complete another project.
It’s a snowy night down here in Carbondale tonight - it reminds me of back home…
Since I’ve been sick I haven’t been able to run much because I was a bit weak and had a horrible cough. I still have the cough pretty bad, but I decided that I feel well enough to start running again. It was hard yesterday, but today it was a lot easier and I feel I ran the 2.2 mile course my quickest!
xCell Technologies was down for about 48 hours due to a server change - I made the mistake of switching to a new server without having a backup. I switched back to the old server to make a backup and will be switching to the new server by tonight.
Yesterday I developed a cough that’s been rather annoying. I’ve had a similar cough like this already once or twice this Winter, it gets pretty annoying but its been curable with Antibiotics. I talked with my Doctor and I have some on the way, so I should be fine soon. In addition to the cough, I’ve been feeling moderate cold symptoms including a stuffy nose.
MySpace Codes and GFXVoid have both switched over to the new dedicated server I am renting from DotSimple. The server runs very fast and I’m pleased with everything so far. Free MySpace Layouts is experiencing some backup problems. I just noticed that when I switched servers on January 24th, I restored a corrupt backup. Issues are being worked out as we speak.
As of recently, I started working out on an (almost) daily basis. Me and two friends have been jogging around the lake, about a 2.5 mile course - thankfully it’s rather flat. I’ve visited the small gym across the street from my dorm, but it’s lacking adequate free weights and such. It’s been a lot of fun so far, and I hope to continue this to get more in shape.
After dealing with several server issues, all sites affected are stable and running faster. GFXVoid still needs to get onto it’s own server - as it bogs down about 20 of my sites. MySpace1 is finally live, although still under heavy construction. MySpace1 should be completed within a week, assuming I can fit a additional hours in.
I was talking to a friend of mine in my dorm about life, and some other topics. Life has been good for me, and I feel it’s improving by the day. College has been a lot of fun, and things are starting to come together more. The first week was rough but this second one is getter better.
